Promotes and sells Cabot products within a specified territory as below. Focuses on smaller and/or less complex accounts. Manages sales cycle; communicates and negotiates sales contracts with customers.
· Sichuan, Chongqing, Yunnan, Guizhou (Southwest provinces form South CN);
· Gansu, Ningxia, Shanxi (Northwest provinces from North CN);
· Leverage channel develop Xinjiang, Qinghai new opportunities;
The role will be based in Chengdu, Sichuan province.
· Improve West CN distribution network through optimization and discipline management.
· Handle West CN exist direct customers business and develop new opportunities on Auto, E&E, Agriculture mulch film, Infrastructure pipe, wire& cable.Develops sales plans based on sales strategies to increase market share. Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts. Analyzes customer needs.
· Plans, organizes and manages a sales territory and balances the requirements of multiple business units. Identifies and targets new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace.
· Effectively communicates and negotiates sales contracts with customers. Educates customers on new products and product enhancements.
· Understands and communicates customer issues, current prospects and marketing events to Sales management. Accurately articulates and presents product features and benefits.
· Interprets and manage key financial result areas, i.e. revenues, volume, margins, days outstanding and forecasting.
· Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001® technical specification, as applicable to the site/region.

Education/Experience
· Bachelor/Master/University degree in Polymer Chemistry.
· 3-5 years experience is sales or services required.
· Distributor and channel management experience.
· Good understanding of strategy and strong execute
