Lead and optimize our technical support activities in the rapidly evolving filed of battery materials. As a crucial member of our team, the person will be responsible for communicating with customers the technical aspects of our products, ensuring customer satisfaction, providing technical advices and communicate internally with R&D to develop solutions.
· Act as the primary technical contact for key customers, introducing new products, addressing inquire, troubleshooting issues and ensuring timely and effective solutions.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams, like R&D, sales, quality, and production, to resolve complex technical challenges and optimize product performance.
· Stay abreast of industrial trends, emerging technologies, and competitive landscapes to inform produce development and customer support strategies.
· Work with R&D to develop and execute testing protocols to validate the performance in batteries. Has the ability to read and analyze data and provide recommendations for product improvement.
· Develop training programs for internal teams and external customers to enhance their understanding of our products and the use of the products.
· Collect customer feedback and work with cross-functional teams to enhance product features and address customer needs.

Education/Experience
· PhD degree in electro-chemistry, materials science, or related majors;
· At least 3-year experience in lithium-ion battery industry and a familiarity with the space.
· Good English communication skills.
