Position Summary, 职位概述

Delivers HR generalist services to business. Work includes recruitment, employee relations, activities; other tasks in HR team, including entry & exit process, employees’ communication, training supporting, etc.. 为业务提供人力资源多方面的支持,包括招聘、员工关系、活动等;支持HR团队的其他工作,包括员工入离职手续、员工沟通、培训协调等。

Job Responsibilities, 工作职责

  1. Screens and interviews applicants, both internally and externally.   Focus may be on hiring production and office support employees.  Works with line managers to identify staffing needs.  Conducts new hire orientation, as appropriate. 负责内外部面试甄选流程,重点关注生产操作类岗位、办公室支持性岗位;协助部门评估人才;负责新员工入职手续、培训等流程。
  2. Maintain recruiting data, analysis on labor market status and trend, expand or maintain the recruiting channels, to maintain the competitiveness of Cabot in local talent market. 维护招聘数据,统计及分析招聘现状及人力市场趋势,并拓展及维护招聘渠道,以保持企业吸引人才的竞争力。
  3. Works with employees and managers to resolve employee relations issues.  Investigates facts and summarizes situations.  Assists in the implementation and continuous improvement of an effective Performance Based Management (PBM) system to enhance employee performance and development. 与员工和经理合作,解决员工关系问题;调查事实并总结情况;协助实施和持续改进有效的绩效管理体系,以提高员工的绩效和发展。
  4. Assists in following up on EES and launch EES action plans to maintain and further enhance team engagement. 协助跟进敬业度调研及开展敬业度行动方案,以维持及更进一步地提升团队敬业度。
  5. Ensures integrity of data entered in the China HR System; works closely with HRMIS Center as needed.  Enters new and updates changes to employee data.  与共享中心紧密合作,维护中国区人力资源系统数据的完整性,及时新增或更新人力资源数据。
  6. Support for question-answering to employees for HR related 协助解答员工关于人力资源的咨询。
  7. Administers HR policies and processes fairly and uniformly.  Promotes Cabot culture and an environment of open communication between management and employees. 公平统一地管理及实施人力资源政策,促进卡博特文化和管理层与员工之间开放交流的环境。
  8. Support for HR process or operation optimization, monitoring the process or operation efficiently working, ensures compliance with all applicable laws and regulations and SOX audit. 协助推动人力资源流程和操作规范的优化,监管流程的运行效率,确保遵守所有适用的法律法规及SOX审计。
  9. Takes charge of activities responsible by HR and supports other kinds of employee activities, to promote a more active and well-being team in local sites, including English Corner, sports club, birthday party, Lunch with FGM, ect.. 负责员工活动、并支持其他各类形式的员工活动,以促进本地团队更加活跃健康,活动包括英语角、运动俱乐部、生日会、总经理座谈会等。
  10. Supports efforts to implement and maintain the Responsible Care® Management System in line with the requirements of the RC14001®   technical specification, as applicable to the site/region. 根据RC4001®的要求,支持实施和维护体系。

Requirements, 要求

  1. Bachelor degree and minimum 5 years experience in Human Resource activities. 本科学历,至少5年以上人力资源工作经验。
  2. Solid expertise in Knowledge of HR specialties, proficient in Recruitment, Local Law and Regular, Employee Relations, etc.. 人力资源专业知识扎实,精通至少1种职能模块,包括招聘、本地劳动相关法律法规、员工关系等。
  3. PC Skills (MS Office, etc).  Ability to generate/develop reports. 熟练使用微软办公软件,能制作工作报告。
  4. Solid communications skills in order to interface with employees and managers and handle sensitive issues. 扎实的沟通能力,能够与员工及管理层良好沟通及解决敏感问题。
  5. Ability to work effectively in teams. 高效的团队合作能力
