Job Responsibilities, 工作职责
• Ensure the reliable operation of the power system and other public of the whole plant (Pingsha and Gaolan Port plants); Support the maintenance technician to deal with the fault repair on site and reduce the production loss as much as possible under the premise of ensuring safety. 确保全厂(平沙及高栏港工厂)电力系统及其它公用设施的可靠性运行;及时支援维修技术员处理现场故障维修,在确保安全的前提下,尽可能降低公司的停产损失。
• Assist the instrument engineer to ensure the reliability of the complete equipment’s PLC system. Conduct daily maintenance on the PLC system of complete equipment and preventive maintenance. • 协助仪表工程师对珠海工厂现场成套设备的PLC系统进行故障维修及系统维护,确保成套设备PLC系统可靠运行。
• Assist the manager and instrument engineer to formulate and implement the inspection and maintenance of electrical equipment according to the relevant national/company regulations. Make a detailed maintenance plan for all electrical and other public facilities in the factory. Assist instrument engineer to formulate and implement the maintenance plan of PLC system of complete equipment. 按国家/公司相关规定,协助经理和仪表工程师制定执行相关电气设备的检测和保养。对工厂所有电气及其它公用设施制定详细的保养计划。协助仪表工程师制定、执行成套设备PLC系统的保养计划。 创建或定期更新所有电气设备维修的SOP, 并负责相应的培训工作。
•Spare parts inventory management. Ensure that the factory does not stop due to spare parts and update the safety stock of class I spare parts regularly and assist the warehouse to manage spare parts. 备件库存制定管理。确保工厂不因为备件原因导致停车,并定期更新一类备件的安全库存,协助仓库对备品备件的管理。
Create or regularly update SOP for all electrical equipment maintenance and be responsible for the corresponding training. 创建或定期更新所有电气设备维修的SOP, 并负责相应的培训工作。
Conduct daily training for maintenance technicians (including Cabot safety procedures and SOP for various equipment maintenance, etc.) to develop operational guidelines/standards. 对维修技师进行日常的培训(包括卡博特的安全程序和各种设备维修的SOP等)作业指引/标准制定。

• Strictly abide by SH&E policies and procedures of the company, and continuously improve my safety awareness and risk identification ability. Requirements, 要求
College degree or above, major in electrical and related. 大专以上学历,电气及相关专业。 At least 3 years’ experience in electrical equipment management in manufacture plant and 3 years electrical maintenance experience. 3年或以上电气设备管理、维护方面的经验
Familiar with electrical and other utility maintenance specifications. 熟悉电气及其它公用设施维护规范 。
Be able to use CAD software skillfully. 熟练使用CAD软件。
Understanding of electrical safety specifications. 了解电气安全规范。
Have high and low voltage electrician certificate. 有高、低压电工作业证。
Good at English reading and writing. 英语读写能力良好。
Good task coordination and execution. 良好的任务协同和执行力。
