· Responsible for promoting and selling Cabot masterbatch products in South China, establishing and maintaining in-depth relationships with customers and distributors; managing the entire sales cycle, communicating with customers and distributors, and completing the negotiation and signing of sales contracts.

· The ideal candidate is cheerful and good at communication, with a degree in chemical engineering or related majors. They should have more than 5 years of rich sales experience and solid business capabilities, as well as experience in the plastics or additives industry. In addition, they need to have downstream application experience in the automotive, electronics and electrical appliances industries, be able to independently solve complex problems, and have a good command of English.

· Develops sales plans based on sales strategies to increase market share. Manage the sales cycle for assigned accounts. Analyzes customer needs. Coordinates plans with area and regional Sales management.

· Plans, organizes and manages a sales territory and balances the requirements of multiple business units. Identifies and targets new business/sales opportunities within the marketplace.

· Makes sales presentations and negotiates sales contracts with customers/distributors. Educates customers/distributors on new products and product enhancements.

· May oversee and provide technical guidance to less experienced Sales Representatives.

Education/Experience
· Bachelor's degree or above in chemistry or related majors

有化工行业背景、塑料或添加剂行业经验者优先。
