Execute accounting activities to ensure the company’s assets are protected and enhanced, consistent with corporate goals and global standards and assist in ensuring that regulatory/statutory and internal control requirements relating to the financial affairs of the company are adhered to. Works closely with R&D leaders and the regional Commercial lead to execute segment strategy and application development priorities.
Leads regional customer interactions designed to understand customer needs and expand our existing and new product applications reach. Uses deep knowledge and expertise in ink formulation, printing hardware troubleshooting and integration to gain customer trust. Gathers valuable information from customers and turns it into actionable regional and global development activities for execution.
Understands color science in both the liquid medium as well as on printed media. Understands the different printing markets requirements (packaging, textile, etc.), including hardware, and the ink regulatory landscape. Helps develop test methods, equipment and capabilities that predict performance and results. Coordinates relevant analytical characterization studies.
Works closely with regional commercial team to broaden customer base. Able to address customer technical service requests and drive resolution and identification of root cause for customer complaints.
Helps link Cabot with regional suppliers, consultants, and universities.

The administrative assistant is responsible for providing administrative support to APLT members & senior managers, directors and their teams.

Advances Cabot’s understanding of our customers’ applications. Leads a group of specialists and technicians in our lab network to develop and standardize application relevant experimental designs, formulations, and rigorous testing protocols to support projects and customers. Works closely with Global AD Lead and Regional Marketing Managers and Technical Service to execute segment strategy and application development priorities. Leads regional customer interactions designed to expand our existing and new product applications reach and profitability. Participates in cross-functional project teams to drive projects through the Stage/Gate process.
Project engineering manager will apply extensive and comprehensive knowledge of multidisciplinary engineering principles and practices to lead all engineering aspects of the project. Ensure consistency and quality of engineering deliverables across all disciplines. Support overseeing contractors to ensure quality of work, particularly across large projects.
