This role is responsible for technical sales support of FMO products in the AP region, ensuring customer satisfaction by providing product information, consultation services, and resolving product-related issues. Key responsibilities include coordinating resources to support the sales team, assisting in the promotion of new products or new-grade products, following up on product quality feedback and driving the efficient closure of related issues, while also providing guidance to relevant personnel and supporting the Responsible Care® Management System to meet RC14001® specification requirements. This role reports to Commercial Director. The role is best located in China.
