Design, implement, and oversee financial activities for CST and BM entities. Provide advisory support to management on financial matters, with a focus on both accounting and financial planning. Take primary responsibility for supervising the day-to-day maintenance of costing and financial reporting activities, as well as managing financial account statements and the monthly, quarterly, and annual closing processes.
· Responsible for promoting and selling Cabot masterbatch products in South China, establishing and maintaining in-depth relationships with customers and distributors; managing the entire sales cycle, communicating with customers and distributors, and completing the negotiation and signing of sales contracts.

• Negotiates large volume contracts at regional level related to a specific portfolio of masterbatch goods and services. Develops and implements Procurement policies and procedures for assigned color masterbatch portfolio.
• May provide guidance and/or direct management to Procurement staff within masterbatch plants in the Asia-Pacific region.
Manages assigned accounts and sells Cabot products (Battery Materials) generating and achieving all sales and profit metrics. Fully qualified and experienced sales professional handling high volume and/or complex accounts.

Lead overall responsibilities in dispersion development and application, identify opportunities and lead product qualification with customers. Participates in cross-functional project teams to drive projects through commercial win. Leads a group of specialists and technicians in our lab network to develop dispersion samples and application relevant data package, primarily provide trouble-shooting to customer trials. Report to CPM Battery Materials Application Team Manager. Works closely with the rest of RD team (including other sites as well) and Regional Commercial Partners to support battery segment priorities.
